Salem Willows Park

Salem Willows is an oceanfront park with spectacular views of Salem harbor. Here you will also find beaches and children’s amusement rides as well as refreshments and a video arcade. Downtown Salem offers convenient shopping and also outdoor dining and night time entertainment. Artist Maurice Prendergast drew inspiration from the scenic 200-year-old Salem Willows Park for his 1918 painting “Landscape with figures, No. 2”. The shady public park offers a scenic view of Salem Harbor and its islands. With picturesque views and gazebos, the park is a great place to spend a sunny afternoon enjoying the beauty of nature.
