Red Rock Park

Red Rock Park provides a variety of opportunities for many year round activities. This historic waterfront park offers wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean and access to the expansive beaches on either side of the park’s peninsula. Ample on-street parking along Lynn Shore Drive is available for visitors who want to stop and admire the view. Interesting natural features include tide pools that are often filled with colorful marine plants and animals.

Driving Directions

MBTA: From Haymarket Station to Central Square, Lynn, take MBTA bus #400, 440, 441, 442, or commuter rail, or take Blue Line to Wonderland, bus #441 or 442 (Marblehead). From Central Square take bus #439 to the rotary near the bathhouse. By Car: Lynnway (Rt. 1A) to Carroll Parkway to Nahant Rotary and, then, either Nahant Causeway to boat launch and Long Beach at Nahant Beach Reservation, or, Lynn Shore Drive to Red Rock Park and King’s Beach at Lynn Shore Reservation. Fee for parking at Long Beach, 8:00am – 6:00pm, May – Sept.
